Hiya everyone,

So, this is a pretty depressing time for us all and a relief at the same time. It's been a massive desicion for us to make, but we've all agreed that after 7 years LIFE AMONG PEOPLE have decided to call it a day.

Through the years we have had alot of setbacks , ups and downs, good times and bad, we've met a hell of alot of awesome people in this time and unfortunately upset a few too.

With the style of music we play we have struggled to fit into anywhere really and we have felt like we're banging our heads on brick a wall through the last couple of years
- some promoters don't know where to put us on, magazines won't print us and life just gets harder and we become poorer and more frustrated, and as good as we know it is, we can't go on playing LAPs music and feel it is time for change.

A lot of things are changing in our lives and i'm sure everyone else's lives are going through changes - it seems to be happening quite a lot recently.

We won't be finishing off the album but we might have some new tracks to put online here for free at some point very soon.

We can't give up playing music. Other than our families and friends, it's the only thing that keeps us sane and alive, so we'll definitely be back playing either together or apart, but we'll be doing other stuff in 2010. We're just moving away from LIFE AMONG PEOPLE and moving on.

Most importantly we would like to say thank you to everyone who has helped us, supported us, booked shows for us, bought our music/merch, come to shows and anyone who just enjoyed the music we have provided for you.
